How does the rod fold and unfold?
The rod uses a compact folding hinge combined with telescopic sections.
To set it up, unfold the rod until it locks securely into place, then extend each section one at a time until fully extended.
When you’re finished fishing, simply collapse the sections and fold the rod for compact storage.

Where do orders ship from?
Canadian orders ship from our Toronto warehouse.
United States orders ship from our New Jersey warehouse.
How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 1 PM ET are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff are processed on the next business day.
Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $110 within Canada and the United States.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear after shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can usually be modified or cancelled within 3 hours of purchase.
After that time, changes cannot be guaranteed because your order may already be in the fulfillment process.

What if my order says delivered but I can’t find it?
If your tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, please contact us.
We recommend checking around your property and with neighbours first, as carriers occasionally leave packages in unexpected locations.
Our team will help investigate the delivery and provide any available proof of delivery information.
