Is the rod strong and durable?

  • As long as you stay within the recommended species (trout, bass, panfish), it performs like a full-size rod without the bulk.

    What are the best instances to use the CarryCast™?

    How does the rod fold and unfold?

    • The rod folds down using a hinge-based design.
    • To open it, simply unfold the rod until it clicks and locks securely in place.
    • Extend the rod one section at a time and your ready to fish.

    *Pro tip: It's recommended to keep a lure secured to the line at all times as it ensure the line stays in the correct position and makes it easier for you to fish right away.

    Does the rod come with a warranty?

    Yes — every CarryCast™ rod is backed by a 90-Day Warranty that covers manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue with the rod during normal use, our team will replace it. Just reach out using out Contact Us page and we’ll take care of you.


    Shipping & Fulfilment FAQ

      Where do the orders ship from?

      • Canadian orders ship from our warehouse located in Toronto
      • American orders ship from our provider in China
        • *As of April 2026 all American orders will be shipping from our warehouse located in New Jersey! 

      How long does shipping take?

      • Shipping times typically fall within 6-10 business days with an additional 2 business days for order processing 

      How do I track my order?

      • After placing an order, a link directing you to our tracking page will be sent as soon as its made available.
      • This can sometimes take 1-2 days due to processing times. 

      Why isn't my tracking updating?

      • We strive to update our tracking information as quickly as possible. If its been more than 2 business days since you placed your order, Contact Us and we'll ensure you receive your tracking information.

      Can I change my address?

      • Address changes can be made within 3 hours of making a purchase.
      • Any address changes outside of this time frame cannot be guaranteed.
      • To make a change, reach out through our Contact Us page. 

      Do you ship internationally?

      • CarryCast™ currently serves Canada and the United States. 
      • Plans are in the works to serve a larger international market in the future.

      Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

      What is your return policy?

      • All CarryCast™ products are protected by our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee
      • If you aren't satisfied with your order for whatever reason, please reach out to Contact Us page within 90 days and we'll assist you with a refund.

      Can I cancel my order?

      • Orders can be cancelled free of changed within 3 hours of purchase.
      • Any cancellation outside of this timeline cannot be guaranteed.
      • Reach out using our Contact Us page if you need to cancel your order.

      What if my order says "delivered" but I can't find it?

      • If you can't find you're delivery, please reach out as we can provide proof of delivery provided by the shipping carrier to help you locate the package.
      • It's also recommended to check with neighbours in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake.
      • Unfortunately, if proof of delivery is provided, CarryCast™ cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
      • If a package is stollen or lost due to circumstances out of our control, please reach out and we'll be happy to provide a replacement at a discount.

          • I created CarryCast™ because I wanted fishing gear that could go anywhere. Fishing has a way of slowing life down and reminding us what truly matters, so I set out to create a product that could bring this experience to more people.

            Do I need an account to order?

            • No, an account is not required to place an order.
