Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

Processing time: Orders made before 1 PM EST processed the same day. All other orders are shipped the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your gear every step of the way.
No tracking info yet?
It may take 1–3 business days for your tracking number to update after shipping. If you haven’t seen an update after 3 days, feel free to contact us so we can help.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Check with neighbour's, your local courier, or community mailboxes.

If the item can’t be located, we’ll help start an investigation with the courier.
📦 If the investigation confirms the item is lost, we’ll provide a refund or replacement. If delivery was confirmed, we may offer store credit or a partial discount at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase.
To request a cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible.
Once your order is processed or shipped, we can no longer cancel it.
