Shipping Time

We prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your order. Every day, we ship hundreds of products to satisfied customers through our trusted shipping partners.

Since many of our warehouses are internationally based, shipping times may vary, and we are unable to offer next-day delivery. Please refer to the table below for our estimated shipping and handling times.

Max delivery time – 15 business days.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

My Tracker Says “No Information Available At The Moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us!

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout to avoid any delivery issues. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. 

Order Cancellation 

All orders can be cancelled within 12 hours. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
